  I joined Hamstead Hall as a maths teacher in April 1998 and have since undertaken a variety of roles including Head of Maths, Assistant Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher and Headteacher at Hamstead Hall Academy. It has been my absolute pleasure to work with our students and serve the local community.

  In 2017, I was very proud to become the CEO of Hamstead Hall Academy Trust working across the schools in our Trust. Throughout my time in leadership, I have been fortunate to have experiences of working with other schools and educational organisations. I have served as a volunteer on several school and education Board and supported with school improvement across the West Midlands to improve leadership and student outcomes.
